BMW Brings the Vision M NEXT Design to Reality

The Vision series of BMW is starting to take shape as the company is now making progress in their concepts. BMW has been considered a reputed company in the automobile industry, but to stay with the rapidly growing battery-powered tomorrow, it needs a new game. To accompany the advancements, BMW brought the Vision series into the limelight.

On 25th June 2019, BMW revealed the Vision M Next Concept in Munich, Germany. BMW Vision M Next is an electrified two-door car that previews the future of BMW. The concept shares a lot of styling details with the i8 and features the latest BMW concept that the company recognizes as D+ACES. The concept is an assortment of Design, Connectivity, Electrification, Autonomous Driving, and Services. BMW also launched a video on their BMW M channel on YouTube explaining the concept and stating how it can change our lives in the near future.

The Vision M Next Concept of BMW distinguishes its sibling i8 in terms of color, rear and front portions, wheels, and iconic dual kidney grille. The eye-catching combination of Orange and Matt Black and some other features make it a futuristic car from the outside. But on the inside, it is more of a UFO cockpit. The M Next concept will also debut the innovative wire light technology, which is very light and enables better handling and precision.

Talking about the car’s power, the M Next Concept involves a four-cylinder gasoline-electric hybrid powertrain which can produce a total output of 600 Horsepower. With the latest technology, this futuristic model is capable of reaching 0-100 in just 3 seconds and can handle a top speed up to 300kmph. To make the experience more electrifying, BMW sports a Boost+ function that adds extra speed and power at just a push of a button.

BMW is not only about speed and design but also lures its target audience by offering high-class amenities and interiors. You get an augmented head-up display, curved glass display and a sleek digital dashboard displaying information in real time. Moreover, you can never miss the beautifully-designed steering wheel, which is perfectly carved for better grip and handling.

Adrian Van Hooydonk, Senior Vice President, BMW Group Design states, “We aim to ease our customer’s lives and boost their moments at BMW. The new concept will make the cars more intelligent and will have clever technology on-board and it will make you a better driver. In the Vision M Next, we are showing that the BMW will always be about involved driving experience.”
