CFMoto To Launch Four Motorcycles in India By July
The renowned Chinese motorcycle company CFMoto is all set to enter into the Indian market with its four best innovations. The launch is scheduled on July 4and CFMoto is expected to establish its presence by entering into the middleweight segment in the country. The company has tied up with Bangalore-based AMW (Asia MotorWorks) that manufactures commercial vehicles. The motorcycles to be launched include 300NK, 650NK, 650MT, and 650GT that have been designed in Austria and manufactured in China.
The 300NK by CFMoto is the most affordable motorcycle and will be powered by a 292.4cc single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine. This motorcycle is capable of generating up to 33bhp of power @ torque of 20.5Nm. It will also feature LED headlamp with DRLs, LCD TFT display, USD up front forks and mono-shock at the rear. For the security of the rider, this motorcycle will arrive with dual disc brakes and will weigh around 151Kg. So far, it is considered a worthy rival against KTM 250, Bajaj Dominar, etc. The expected price for this vehicle is suspected around Rs.2-2.5Lakhs.
Other motorcycles going to be offered by CFMoto include 650NK Street, 650MT Adventure, and 650GT sports edition. The three bikes will share the same 649cc twin-cylinder engine which will be tuned according to the motorcycles. The 650NK is a street-fighter which will be tuned for 60bhp @ 56Nm of torque. The 650MT is an adventure bike and would generate around 69bhp @ 62Nm of torque and last, but not least, 650GT is the most powerful motorcycle offered by CFMoto which will make up to 60bhp @ 58.5Nm of torque. All the three variants will be equipped with a 6-speed transmission and twin disc in the front, as well as a single disc at the rear wheel. In terms of suspension, all the three variants will get a mono-shock absorber for the rear side but for the front side, the setup will be a bit different. The 650GT and 650NK will be using telescopic forks for the front side, whereas, 650MT will be enriched with USD forks in the front. Dual-channel ABS will be offered as the stock braking system for all the variants.
The Indian automobile industry is booming with 300-650cc segment motorcycles and with the introduction of CFMoto, the level of choices is going to increase for consumers. The 650cc variants of the motorcycles will be ranged around Rs.6Lakhs and will make an entry into the Indian market around the same time.
