The 2019 Geneva motor show unveiled the Ferrari F8 Tributo, which is expected to be launched in the country by the first quarter of 2020. The information was recently obtained and the car enthusiasts will have to wait no longer to witness the F8 Tributo running on Indian streets.
F8 Tributo is the latest mid-engine supercar from the Italian luxury sports car manufacturer. It pays tribute to Ferrari’s older V8 Berlinetta models. The supercar will hit the Indian market in the first quarter of 2020 and is expected to gain a high level of attention given the fact that F8 Tributo can be the last non-hybrid V8 supercar Ferrari will produce.
The Ferrari F8 Tributo sports a 3.9-litre, twin-turbocharged V8 engine. You must never forget that this is the same award-winning engine from the 488 supercars which can now produce 720hp and 770Nm of torque. As per the brand, F8 Tributo can complete 0-100 in just 2.9sec and 0-200 in just 7.8sec. Ferrari claims that this supercar can do a top speed of 340kmph making it the fastest series production mid-engine Ferrari. Being 40kg lighter than the 488, this supercar also has 15% more downforce.
When it comes to design, the F8 Tributo looks a lot similar to the 488 with some advance designing options such as deeper creases, S-duct intake at the rear, sharper headlights and the twin rear tail-light cluster. The engine cover sports louvers inspired by the iconic Ferrari F40. The price tag for this supercar will start from 4.02 crore(ex-showroom) and with such fine exteriors and interiors, this supercar will surely catch your attention once it hits the streets.
