The South Korean multinational automotive manufacturer, Hyundai Motor Company recently launched the third-generation of the i10 hatch by the name, Hyundai Grand i10 Nios. The launch concluded on August 21 and this car will slide in between the elite i20 and the Grand i10.
This stylish vehicle from the Korean makers has received new looks, new grille, and exciting new features. The third-gen Hyundai i10 sports a 1,197cc, 4-cylinder, DOHC engine and comes in the segment of BS-VI compliant vehicle. With a 1.2 Kappa Dual VTVT Petrol engine, this beauty can churn out 81bhp@6000rpm and 114Nm@4000rpm. It will offer an impressive mileage of 20.5kmpl and will function on a 4-gear Automatic Transmission. It will arrive in six monotones and two dual-tone options.
The all-new Hyundai Grand i10 Nios will cost around Rs. 4.99Lakhs for the base petrol Era variant and Rs. 7.99Lakhs for the top-spec diesel Asta variant. But, the vehicle gets some intriguing features at such a price. These features include Dual Airbags, ABS with EBD, Driver and passenger seatbelt reminder, Rear parking sensors, Engine immobilizer, Speed alert system, 14-inch diamond-cut alloy wheels, dual-tone interior, Manual AC, Tachometer, Gear Shift Indicator, Day/Night IRVM, new front grille finished in gloss black & chrome, and boomerang LED DRLs.
The interiors of the vehicle include several unique and appealing features that include a leather-wrapped multi-functional steering wheel, an 8-inch infotainment system with Android Connect and Apple CarPlay, a wide MID display with digital-speedometer, comfortable seats and the first in segment wireless charger. On an overall basis, the cabin of the i10 Nios is influential and spacious. Hyundai has also launched 3 diesel variants and 7 petrol variants starting from the lower segment to the top-most segment for the Grand i10 Nios.
