Toyota Alphard MPV

Toyota has won the hearts of Indian consumers with products like Innova Crysta and Fortuner. Now, Toyota is planning to introduce Alphard MPV with a 2.5-litre, petrol hybrid engine that will be capable of generating a maximum power of 157bhp @ 213Nm of torque. It will function on a 6-speed automatic gearbox and is expected to range around Rs. 50 lakhs in the Indian market.

After the success of Tata Harrier which debuted as H5X at the 2018 Delhi Auto Expo, Tata is planning to launch a 7-seater variant for the Indian market, H7X. Based on the OMEGA platform, it will look completely different from its predecessor and will sport a 2.0-litre diesel engine that can generate up to 170bhp of power with 350Nm of torque. It will be provided with a 6-speed manual and automatic transmission options, expected to range in between Rs. 20-22 lakhs.

  • Mahindra XUV400

Mahindra XUV400

After a successful run of Mahindra XUV500, TUV300 and XUV 300, the company is planning to launch a new product in the market. Mahindra XUV400 will be positioned right between the XUV300 and XUV500. Being 4-meter in length, the vehicle is expected to sport a 1.5-litre turbo diesel engine churning out 121bhp of power and 300Nm of torque. The petrol variant is expected to be made available with a 1.2-litre turbo engine that will offer up to 135PS of power. It is expected to be a spacious car with healthy interiors lying in between Rs. 11-16 lakhs and might make the same progress as the older XUVs.
